The earlier the better! Give us at least two/three weeks before your event to make sure everything will be the way you want. 

Delivery fee varies on location of the delivery. Installation fee usually runs from $50.00-$125.00 depending on the amount of decorations.

We use 100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. We use the highest quality balloons like Tuftex, Qualatex, Betallatex and Gemar. Most outdoor balloons are still subject to popping or oxidize and turn matte over time.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total balance is required when placing an order. (Venmo or Zelle) Deposit saves the date of your event. Remainder balance is due on the day of event. (Pay through Venmo or Zelle)

Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered.  Orders canceled 7 days prior to your event are eligible for a credit for your next event, however no refund will be given.
